I had an amazing experience visiting Dr. Iyer’s office. From the moment I walked in, it was clear how organized and efficient the practice is while still providing outstanding care to every patient. One thing that really stood out to me was how well Dr. Iyer connects with patients. She has a great way of keeping people calm, explaining each step of the process in a way that’s easy to understand, and making every visit enjoyable. The little touches, like the red carpet and milkshakes, show how much she genuinely cares about creating a positive experience. As someone hoping to pursue dentistry and orthodontics myself, getting to observe the office made me even more excited about the profession. Seeing the level of professionalism, organization, and compassion that Dr. Iyer brings to her practice was truly inspiring. I would highly recommend Dr. Iyer to anyone looking for an orthodontist who is not only exceptionally skilled but also truly cares about her patients and their experience.

Segal and Iyer is the place to go for all of your orthodontic needs! Dr. Iyer is amazing—she truly gives each patient personalized attention and takes the time to make everyone feel comfortable and cared for. Their office uses the latest technology, which has made a huge difference throughout our orthodontic treatment. The entire staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Whether it’s answering insurance questions, rescheduling appointments, or accommodating our needs, everything has always been handled smoothly. After more than five years as patients, we have never had a single issue. A special thank you to Bonnie, who has been absolutely wonderful. She is always kind, welcoming, and goes above and beyond to make every visit a positive experience. Her warmth and dedication truly stand out. I highly recommend Segal and Iyer to anyone looking for exceptional orthodontic care!

My family and I have had a wonderful experience with Segal and Iyer Orthodontics, not just for one family member, but for several! They treated my husband, my oldest daughter, and now my youngest daughter just finished her expander and braces treatment. Every single experience has been outstanding. The team is kind, professional, and always makes our family feel comfortable and cared for. The most recent experience with my youngest daughter resulted in an absolutely beautiful smile, and we couldn’t be happier. We truly trust everyone at this practice and highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional care!

Dr. Segal and his team are excellent. The office is clean, the staff is friendly, and my son has received outstanding care. Shirley always makes sure he’s comfortable, and Connie was great at helping us get started with process. We also really enjoy seeing Bonnie — she’s always so warm and welcoming. Dr. Segal explains the process clearly, and I felt so confident in his care that I decided to begin Invisalign with him too. Highly recommend!

Best Orthodontist in ALL the land! Dr. Iyer is not only professional, but compassionate, understanding and always willing to go above and beyond for her patients. I have 3 children, all in braces at the same time and the entire office staff beginning with Bonnie are top notch! Dr. Iyer and staff- shout out’s to Katie, Nancy, Val and Nick, who always do their best to see us should there be an emergency and always make sure my children are comfortable and receiving the best treatment possible! When investing in your smile- go the extra mile and visit Dr. Iyer!
